Welcome to 788wib. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 788wib ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the 788wib website located at https://788wib.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 788wib platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 788wib, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 788wib operates an adults-only platform and does not knowingly permit persons below the minimum age to register or use the Services.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own name and not as an agent, representative or employee of any third party.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 788wib will not be liable for any loss, damage or unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

788wib reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport or equivalent) at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or in response to a compliance review. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a specified period may be suspended.

The 788wib platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, odds data, game assets and software, is the intellectual property of 788wib or its licensed providers. Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of any content without written consent is prohibited.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt or impair the operation of the platform, its servers or networks, including by deploying bots, scraping tools, automated scripts or any form of malicious software.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of errors in odds, software bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Wagering decisions are made entirely at your own risk. 788wib provides no guarantee of any return on any wager. Past results do not indicate future outcomes.
• The platform is intended for users who genuinely find gambling entertaining and can afford to absorb the financial risk of potential losses.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 788wib platform. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues or event types are published within the relevant market pages and supplement these general rules.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Odds Acceptance: By submitting a wager, you accept the odds displayed at the time of placement. 788wib operates on the odds-at-placement principle unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.
• Event Cancellation: Where an event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined, wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable event-specific rules, which may result in wager void and stake return.
• Cricket and PSL Markets: For Pakistan Super League, ICC World Cup, Test series and other cricket markets, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments and minimum-overs-played thresholds apply as specified in cricket-specific rules.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds, which update in real time. 788wib reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Any bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.
• Palpable Errors: 788wib reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that are manifestly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed fault or human error ("palpable error"). Determinations of palpable error are made at the Platform's sole discretion.

All financial transactions on the 788wib platform are subject to the following conditions.

7.1 Deposits. You may only deposit funds using payment methods currently listed in the platform cashier. Available options may include bank transfer methods familiar to Pakistani users, such as those associated with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as digital payment options. The mention of payment provider names on this platform is for contextual reference only and does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers or any affiliation with them.

7.2 Currency. Account balances may be maintained and displayed in PKR where supported. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

7.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) a minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the cashier; and (d) the account being in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries.

7.4 Processing Times. 788wib does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Processing durations are subject to the payment method selected, verification status, operator workload and external bank or payment provider processing schedules.

7.5 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. 788wib complies with anti-money laundering obligations and may request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds.

788wib may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentive schemes (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific Promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers). All figures stated alongside any Promotion are illustrative unless confirmed in the specific offer terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum stake per bet applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets may require minimum qualifying odds. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each Promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotional offers and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in each offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements upon expiry result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain Promotions impose a maximum withdrawable amount on winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Any winnings exceeding this cap may be removed at the cashier stage.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless explicitly stated, each Promotion is limited to one per household, IP address, device or payment method.

788wib reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus conditions and the terms of a specific Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss you may sustain within a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: A tool allowing you to temporarily or permanently close your Account and suspend access to the Services.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 788wib platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of outstanding wagers and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account per person or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, insider-information wagering or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Exploiting software errors, palpable odds mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activity, including proceeds of money laundering or fraud.
• Using the platform for any commercial wagering syndicate, professional betting service or third-party account management arrangement without written approval.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or platform staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or the accounts of other users.

788wib reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• A compliance, KYC or anti-money laundering review is pending resolution.
• The User has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• The Account is subject to a court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.
• The User has requested self-exclusion.

In the event of Account closure for a breach of these Terms, 788wib reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any winnings derived from the breach may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not derived from prohibited conduct will be returned where legally permissible, subject to the deduction of any outstanding liabilities.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not affect your liability for any obligations incurred prior to closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788wib, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from interruptions to service, data transmission errors, platform downtime or technical failures outside our reasonable control.
• Any decisions you make in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or promotional materials.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of wagering, including losses that exceed amounts deposited.
• Third-party payment processing delays, failures or charges.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you accept the financial consequences of all wagering decisions made through your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable licence, which shall be stated separately in the platform's licensing information where available.

788wib does not represent or warrant that the Services are lawful, appropriate or available in the jurisdiction of any particular User, including Users located in Pakistan. The Platform makes no representation regarding the compatibility of its Services with Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 or any subsequent legislation.

Users are solely and exclusively responsible for determining whether accessing and using the platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is illegal does not give rise to any liability on the part of 788wib, and any such access is undertaken entirely at the User's own risk.

788wib reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or by means of a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
